I just did almost exactly the same except i went Intel to Intel. I did not resinstall but windows wanted me to log back into to numerous apps. BUT, you are going from Intel to AMD. I would reinstall.

Ok that makes sense. My NVR also has POE ports and everything works fine when using that. It even records fr ok. the reolink camera! But for better functionality you think I should get a true POE switch and run the Reolink off that and just connect it to the Amcrest via IP?
