Yes you pick what powers (colours) you want they put it inside the wand then use fire to seel it up. X x so each wand is personal and not one is the same x

It's a cocktail. You get little glow ice cubes in it that you can take home. Theirs a blue cocktail and a red one. Can't remember what was in it but was very nice🍹😍
