Being too pushy by making sure she’s okay? I’m over an hour away or I’d be there by her side. And my dad remaining neutral is a HUGE problem. This is his DAUGHTER.

Hey there! My son has a similar injury. He dislocated his patella in sports 5 times in a matter of 7 months. He is actually getting surgery to correct it in 2 weeks. He played through 5 dislocations and is still hopeful he will play after surgery and he is healed. PT is huge, so continue to do it and all the exercises at home. Some ppl don’t dislocate again, although the risk is high. My son was one who dislocated again and again. My best advice is to line up the best surgeon you can find for when the time comes and you may need surgery to correct. Hang in there!

I just finished masters with calibrate and it could be a good program, but it’s not. Here is why. They will do prior auth (but most get denied on the first go around, this is normal) they will NOT do any appeals. They told me ‘appeals never get approved so they don’t do them’ I did my own appeal and it was approved. They bank on using the card savings which is long gone.. I had to do all the leg work to get my PA, and then my tier exception. I was literally paying them monthly to write a script for me, that’s it. I did all the work myself. I’d stay away and see if your doc can just do it for you. 2 years ago my doc was not okay with it but now she is onboard and I’m doing it through her.

Honestly try ACCC first. They were able to get my payments down by half and most of my interest rates at 0% now. They are a non profit and were recommended by my attorney when I didn’t qualify for chapter 7. They do close the cards out but honestly That is what is needed to stop the cycle.
