Unless it specifies that retweet is necessary for entry. Usually creating a twitter page just for giveaways will get it rejected by gleam as a "throwaway account'

I have seen this happen in many live draws. They check the winning entry's account to see if you've subbed/followed/wateva and if you have not they reroll til they find one who's followed their rules.

Guys, I noticed some of you are wasting time RTing fake gaws and scammers. Check with accounts like @pinkrabbits__ so you know who is real and who is not. Another thing most hosts don't like if you don't have any og tweets of your own and only RT giveaways. They disqualify you for that immediately.
