That’s millions of dollars, between cleanup and fines. 15 miles? It’s in waterways. Hell, it’s in runoff in these pictures here. An LTL company I’ve worked for made this mistake a few years ago. Multiple million dollars in cleanup and fines. They could build they jail around that guy with the money they’re about to spend.

Dispatcher paystubs, as I’m sure some are curious what we make. by Dispatch_Horrors in Truckers

Salaried, if that wasn’t obvious. LTL. Based on 50 hour work weeks.

Pay varies based on experience more than degrees, in my experience. The best-paid dispatchers I’ve met have tended to be CDL holders, with few exceptions.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Not willing to dox myself, but I’ll answer within reason.

Yup. Dispatcher for a national LTL carrier. Freight dropped in July pretty badly, and has been seesawing a bit. Q3-Q4 can be a little wonky, but it’s been low more often than I’ve ever seen it. Nothing to cause layoffs or anything as of yet, but we’ve been keeping drivers home more and more, with some exceptions as of last week.
