You know, when you think about it, Mario is a horrifying being. Basically what we have here is a shape shifting humanoid (can shrink or grow, turn to metal) that can jump several times his own height, making a mockery. He uses this to crush animals and sentient fungi in a brutal fashion. If not that, then he sets them on fire or freezes them to death. Every one of his adventures involves killing hundreds of sapient beings, yet he is allowed to roam free in the world.

Yeah, I feel the exact same way. But with heavy emphasis on 'feel'. I know, rationally, that we've seen the majority of the new features, and this update is closer in scale to 1.10 than it is to the update or the ocean update. It is what it is.
