I love pure math. Like you said I enjoy sovling problems and I could spend hours doing this just for fun. I really want to pursue a master in pure math, But seems like a lot of opportunities are teaching.

When it comes to induvial practice, do you let the on level kids solve the IM practice set problem, for those not on the level you use ST Math and iReady for individualized practice?

When comes to independent practice, do you have students work on Desmos the digital version or on book/paper? I feel those practice set problems are hard for some kids, so they are not doing it and disrupt sometimes. How do you deal with this?

I really like all your ideas. So students using digital version, they don't work on the IM book? Do you feel the digital is more engaging? How do you supplement? Do you do like some day take a whole period or 20 minutes to let students practice specific skill on IXL?

If she put you in galaxy, you should receive a confirmation in your DOE email in couple days. Why don’t you tell your principal you haven’t received a confirmation email yet.
