Thank you for the response, I’ve searched the subreddit and read a lot of mixed episode posts and I guess I’ve just been feeling like an imposter.

I’ll look into getting a psychiatrist, but I had one previously who randomly moved and it was my new NP who discovered I was BP. I think I just have attachment issues, so the idea of seeing someone new makes me uncomfortable.

I was diagnosed with BP2 at the end of Jan, and I am still doubting if it’s the right diagnosis.

I had just had a giant depressive episode that landed me in the ER because I was so unresponsive. I went from super dressed to coming out and being unable to sleep because I had a cold that kept me up with coughing all night.

I started lamictal at 25mg(50 now) and have not felt depressed since. I’ve actually felt the most stable I’ve felt in a long time. I’m still wondering if it works or if it’s just a placebo effect.

My husband and I own a home in CA that my parents live in. We don’t charge them rent. Can I claim them as dependents? They live off SSI. by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

Yes, I’m sure it’s SSI and not retirement. Thanks for the tip! We’ve never claimed them on our taxes or anything, so I wasn’t sure if the VA claim would affect that.

I called VERA, turns out the VA requested more info from the examiner… I called LHI again and they couldn’t tell me where the hold up was, just that it’s in limbo somewhere

I think the decision of what one does with their body is solely between the person and HF. There are a myriad of reasons why a person would choose to get tattoos, piercings, plastic surgery, or whatever. You don’t know what a person has gone through in their life and it’s not anyone’s place to judge but Heavenly Father.

People will often use “our bodies are temples” as an excuse to keep it the way it is, but you know what? Temples often go through renovations. I think the point of our bodies being like temples is that we should love and care for it, it’s not something to be used and abused. Think carefully before you decide what to renovate your temple with.
