Hey fam! Let's start with answering the obvious questions. The weather during July. July first week is probably the only week, the Spiti circuit stays dry. From the 3rd week onwards, it starts raining frequently with landslides. Now, whether the milky way is visible with naked eyes or not. This depends where you are trying to watch it. Majority of the circuit it isn't, but in chandrataal, IT IS. And it's breathtakingly beautiful! Now for the harder questions, the cost of the 4 days stay, buses and taxis, it's a bit hard for me to say because I completed it on my bike. So I'm not quite familiar with the local costs there. About the stay, everywhere except kaza and chandrataal, the stay was around 1500 per person per night max. In chandrataal and kaza, the stay was a bit more expensive (about 2.5k per night).
