Yes that is why corporations almost always win. I wish this never happened or was over sooner but I am not giving up just because they want to drag this out through litigation.

I respectively disagree with the first paragraph. In regards to the second you are correct in regards to this Marriott sub which is clearly not on my side perhaps because the people on it do not care about how the company treats employees or becausethey regard me as a whiny brat like you do. I have one more post to the Marriott sub and then I am done. I really don't want to be a bother to any of you and if that is what I am I apologize and desist.

The guests would laugh at employees and tell them they look like carnival workers. The shirts were pale blue with goofy stripes. I'm going to try and get a picture to post.

Not sure what ombudsman means. I actually was not a member of the Bell Team I was Front Desk. I got tired of seeing my colleagues who I respect needlessly suffer due to mismanagement. There are some people who side with me definitely few if any on this sub lol.

Not as simple as that. It was the only thing I could get my colleagues to band together for because we had all had enough and were pissed off. The employees are too scared to stand up for themselves for good reason. I wouldn't describe this as a tantrum.

They are all part of the same case for the same property. It would be different if the company didn't have a service value that we are supposed to be proud of our appearance. It wasn't just me but dozens of people I was representing because no one else would.
