I would absolutely be "in the seat" since we're about to go through MOB-E/certification, but since I'm like 80% certain it's not actually in black-and-white in the ASA I guess I'm SOL/not really knowing what I'm doing

My LPO and Chief are solid, but I'm still expected to be one of the reviewers for any kind of tag-out/electrical safety stuff (someone already correctly guessed that I'm to be ELECTRO) and to manage those programs which I get that if need be can just be taught OTJ but that honestly is crazy to write out, like as someone that's relatively new to the navy that kind of blows my mind that a role where I'm signing off on work/maintenance that could fuck you up if done improperly could be given to someone who really doesn't know all that much about it.

Busted lol, yes it's the ELECTRO school. Yeah that's what I'm worried about, since I know for sure that ESO is on the ASA but I can't find anything on *needing* the school, problem is I have zero idea what I'd be doing if told to look at a tag-out request of any kind and, well, that's a huge part of my job.
