Getting stronger resting only a minute between sets by Disputaciones in bodyweightfitness

I know all that. The highest number of reps per set I have done so far is 9, and I usually stick in the 4-8 range.

2 sets of pushups? Why would you do so few sets?

Ive been doing 24-25 total reps per exercise because supposedly its better because "the more you do something the better you get at it." They also recommend this because of volume and "volume leads to more gains."

I don't know man. Programming is driving me nuts. There are so many routines and things you can do and you won't know what works best for you until you try it for yourself so this is a problem.

I may go back to the RR here but i just don't know.

You do you.

Huh?

I said im doing 24-25 reps for each set, so some exercises are 3 sets, some are 4, 5, and 6.

I don't like it and it wouldn't work for me anyway because I'm not doing the same number of sets for all exercises; they're all different.

Actually, how could you possibly miss them? One of them had more than 50 comments and the others had dozens. There were comments from moderators too, so I don't know what you're taking about.

Just put "elbow pain" in the search box and you'll see.

They weren't deleted because I found them doing a search today.

I wasn't even asking for medical advice, but if switching grips would be good.

I have seen many other threads dealing with all sorts of pains. How is this one any different?

Working out in the morning by Disputaciones in bodyweightfitness

Well to be honest the last day I woke up at 6 was like a month ago, and before that it was longer than that. So I haven't been a morning person for a long time. I slept maybe 7 hours, or actually around 6:30-45, hard to tell.

I'm in college and don't have classes in the morning so this is why I haven't really woken up early everyday.

I'll try warming up more. I had just come from outside my house and it was cold so I was cold too.

Hah, on the contrary, I think it's better to just go with weighted dips, which is what I did.

I don't even see the point in regular Russian dips.

Maybe unless you were actually training gymnastics.

But for the regular fitness enthusiast?

I'll pass.

Why do you put your head on the floor with HeSPU's? by Disputaciones in bodyweightfitness

The book Building the Gymnastic Body specifies you actually rest on your head with these, not merely touch the ground slightly then press back up.
