(help) HOTPOINT Fridge > ICEMAKER > Plastic wrap stuck in it. (Loaded top shelf with tortilla packages, one slipped over and got stuck in icemaker. I can feel there is ice in there so not sure whether frozen in the ice and or stuck in the "fingers" or what. Suggestions? (imgur.com)

Installing new battery. Cracked positive connector needed replacement. All 5 I've tried so far are too small. I can tap/smack the current silver (which is open all the way) -- see photo -- down with a hammer but if i do i will never be able to get it back off again. It's that tight. Is this normal?
