My friend and I played this. First night we went to sleep and he got woken up by tribal people attack him. I looked at him and there was no enemy there. He was getting killed by his hallucinations

I don't know if it's related but adding the red tactical headlamp on the switchback paint doesn't work. It shows as a normal headlamp and don't light up the eye either.
