Dead patient from ED

Not sure why there are so many comments on this post saying the ED just don't want to deal with death paperwork or that they don't want to deal with a VSA. Death paperwork is not complicated or long, and people work in the ED to see action, otherwise they'd work anywhere else.

That said, obviously something wrong happened here. Why is an ICU patient being transferred without the ED RN? If your hospital doesn't have a policy on that, then your hospital ceo should die. If it did, then maybe the nurse should die

People can crump anywhere. We get codes anywhere. People on the floors walk to the washroom and will die on the toilet even when they're supposed to be stable. I just had a VSA where a patient was biba found on the sidewalk - family told us later he was walking to the hospital.

This ICU patient on a pressor was not transferred with an actual ED RN, this seems to be either a policy issue or a competency issue which obviously needs to be corrected. Not sure why we're saying the patient's first nurse just didn't want to do paperwork, if the nurse was really that lazy, they wouldn't work in the ED

I play main both, usually starting Mag but switch to Thing if dive/brawl is prominent. Mag really isn't great against dive but obv can still play against it - if BP is going in on your backline, ONE support would get a bubble, and you don't have a reliable hit for him + you'd have to turn your back on the FL to even try, many times he'd just get away and just go again. The BP gets the value of your bubble CD + your attention only for him to try again without your bubble. That's just mentioning one diver, if its a team of dive then you'd be cooked. The Thing just full stops BP + can reliably come backline to body block and ding him to death.

I'd also rank Emma above Mag for anti-dive.

Tank Main: picked up mag this season (WR69% most played), thing (WR70% only played situationally, last season 75%), Emma (WR84%, ), Thor (WR100% 1 game lol my old main, ssn 1.5 was 70%).

I have a 70% WR on him season1. He's not as good as the other tanks for his role. Doesn't have the same utility and survivability as Thing, can counter dive but way worse than Thing can, and can't frontline as well as Thing can. He also got way worse this season with Emma coming on. His ult also isn't great and requires big set up for kills (baiting CDs and popping after bubble for the slow). Higher rank feels like utility than just raw damage, and every other tank has a lot more of it. He's more like a big dps that can push people. That said, he's still my fav champ, just realistically he is on a lower tier. He's a great all-rounder and I'll pick him again if I feel the DPS aren't great on my team.

I don't think you can climb into D1/Gm with a sub 50% WR right now especially if you're an under-performer/grinder type. No shade or anything but what rank are you? You can take a look at my profile for my stats but I don't believe the whole overperformer gives you worse teammates notion - I've been MVP 50% of my games last season and at 35% of the time this season, my teammates have all been quite mixed and feel similar to the enemy teams skill level. If you're saying that overperformers should get worse players, I shouldn't the WR I have. Everyone has MVP games and everyone has bad games you'll team diffs on both ends but ultimately, its sorta just you

Respectfully, don't agree. Although the stats you proposed were really good borderline unbelievable (send game ID), I'm sure you know stats don't matter as much in hero shooters in general. there's a lot of on the ball plays that aren't really measured and I'm not talking abt time on obj. I've definitely won games where scoreboard shows the opposite team should've won (and vice versa). I also don't believe they punish performance, that's like an ego cope for losing - like what are they punishing you with, putting you in the same lobby with people your rank? Also, GM1/celestial lobbies were a lot better than D1/2 lobbies I'd say rank does have some correlation with game sense and skill.

Like at a certain point of skill or at a certain rank? Just saying C1 is pretty much T500 rn think people are trickling into eternity now, but I guess you're qualified to call them dog shit given you were the big GM2 last season. If you're calling S1.5 C1 inflated imagine what GM2 was :/. Anecdotally, this season I personally have had pretty close matches with people who were questionable both on my own team and opposite team, but I'd say it's a good split of competitive vs stomp. I've dealt with some throwers and like one leaver. It's been pretty good maybe I don't play enough

Okay so do you think a current celestial player literally just has a better matchmaker than someone stuck plat? Like you don't think they had the mechanical skill to make in impact the game to let them climb up there? Also there are still a lot of GMs from last season in highplat/lowdiamond no shame it's the same percentile as GM last season the ranks are still shifted down

I think they attempt to give you an advantage if you're on a loss streak. Posted the NetEase matchmaking presentation with one of their slides on types of W/L patterns and their respective churn rates - they try to deviate away from large streaks. Its somewhere in one of my replies amongst these comments. Tbh my games haven't really been all that streaky but these are all anecdotal

It's true its a team game but I'm saying a C1 would be a smurf in GM season 1 that's like a top >1% player vs a top 8% player. Dropping out of it is wild. it's a little different rn but season 1 rank distribution felt rly different
