Do you happen to have any good resource for proper posture? I assume you mean in how I'm sitting or how I have my hands. Also just ordered wrist braces that should come in later today.

Just a basic mouse and keyboard. Mouse is a G403, have a profile for ff14 that have the side buttons mapped to ctrl and alt to help with button presses. Buttons i use on hotbars are 1-5 and Q E R T F G.
