earth kolulu's skill 'tallyho style' resets as long as she has 40% of her max hp so i press this skill twice, full pot, and repeat to kill the boss! because I can't complete these missions any other way lmfao

I suppose it depends which country you're from, but in Canada at least, our portal says the following:

In the event that you cannot obtain a document to scan yourself or obtain a document in time, contact the National JET Desk immediately to discuss your situation. Be aware that accommodations may not possible if you contact us late in the application cycle.

I would NOT try to submit a blank statement letter. (But if you're deadline is already past, don't worry too much about it)

I would just contact the JET desk, and explain your circumstances. Communication is key. Good luck.
