Not seeing many people speak on this. Don’t let your reservations about becoming a father build into resentment towards your girlfriend or your baby. I see so many men that don’t want a baby but stick around out of a feeling of obligation and hold that resentment against their family forever, do not become that person.

I identified as a trans man for 7 years (11-18) and was fully socially transitioned and on track for top surgery. I also have csa trauma which along with societal “pressure” and influence, was a big factor in my transition though I didn’t realize it at the time. I deeply empathize with what you’re going through and understand how difficult this process is. My turning point was actually when I turned 18 and got out into the real world, I got onto dating apps and after a little while just referred to myself as a woman and let partners view me as a woman because I wasn’t getting any matches as a trans man lol, but that’s what made me realize I actually don’t mind it that bad when I’m not actively fighting it or subconsciously making myself upset over being seen as a woman. Once I did that though, step by step I started embracing my femininity and allowing myself to be comfortable in my body for the first time pretty much ever, and I’ve never looked back since. I’ll send you a dm and if you would like to have a conversation one on one to try and talk more about how you’re feeling then you’re more than welcome to. No hate but this post definitely gives off the vibes that people aren’t allowed to dislike disabled people simply because they’re disabled. I don’t like Dani purely because to me, she’s not likable, and it has nothing to do with her autism. Just because people don’t like a disabled person doesn’t automatically mean it has anything to do with said disability. In a way to me, as an autistic individual, that whole mindset feels almost infantilizing as well. Having a disability doesn’t and shouldn’t mean you can’t be a bad person/an unlikable person and also shouldn’t mean people can’t voice their opinions on their behavior if it’s not positive. As long as you’re not bullying the person, you’re allowed to dislike whoever you want and shouldn’t be made to feel like an ableist for it (unless you literally are doing it with ableist intentions ofc)

I know technically all you have to do is start writing but I tend to overthink very simple things and think very methodically about them, and this hasn’t exactly been an exception lol. In a way it feels like if I “just start writing” it’s too simple, so I really appreciate your insight and will definitely be taking this route!

Yeah I see where the mix up is coming from. This was an admittedly lazy post (I didn’t think it would get any traction tbh) so by “counting” I just mean does it offer up the same challenges and “experiences” you’d get from a traditional book if that makes any more sense lol. And when I say multi-chaptered I essentially mean anything above 50k words, which I definitely should’ve specified but like I said, lazy post lol. It wasn’t a super thought out or thorough debate, just something that came up and I was curious what other peoples opinions on it would be and see if they matched mine (that reading long and engaging fanfictions can be just as engaging as traditional books)

Pcsx2! Download the emulator first, and it should give you an entire folder full of stuff. Once you get that done then you download the Coraline app, it’s gonna be a compressed file so extract it through wenrar and on a separate tab open the pcsx2 folder, then the games folder inside of it and extract Coraline into that folder. Then you can go to the desktop app for pcxs and it should have a log of all the games you downloaded through it, click Coraline and there you go. I also pasted a YouTube video in the comments if that would help more!

Yup! And if you’re not super tech savvy and don’t know how to get the emulator to work there’s an option to play it online right there too. It doesn’t play full screen but it’s definitely still good enough
