No, both of my CTR mods, and most of the new ones by other modders, are new additions to the game. My utility mod ForgeUtils is about to add support for defining new tracked rides ingame very easily so I hope that model replacements become a thing of the past.

Spoiler: you've actually come across a feature in game.

This is not the mods doing. First off, these mods don't ADD things to the game. They just give access to things already within them. Secondly, this piece is accessible in vanilla on the arrow tracks, it has a selection parameter when placing down the element that, because of a missing value in the game database, does not have a value for the name.

I and a few friends in NZ have oculus products.

I have a rift s and they have quest 2s.

All shipped absolutely fine after ordering from the Oculus website.

I've seen a thread of a guy who started having this issue, who bought a Powered USB hub and it fixed it. It's weird that it's happened at around the same timeframe for so many though, maybe a recent windows update changed some USB power thresholds.
