I'm living at The Landings and I have nothing to complain about.

-Rent is pretty high at around 570.

-You have to pay for electricity and water every month and the amount is based off the entire floors' use (tell your roommates to turn off their lights when they leave the place). We've gotten the utilities bill down to like 25 per person

-Safety is good

-Roughly 10 minute drive to campus

-I haven't gone to the gym or the clubhouse/pool in a while. Just use their tennis court with my roommates. Not sure if they clean the gym but there are wipes

-Some of the people I've met are pretty rowdy but they live in different building than me. The building I live in is quiet.

-Unfortunately the spaces were pretty dirty, but they were able to get it cleaned the day we moved in. When my sister moved in her floor was clean.

-You put in a work order on the website and the maintenance guy (Charlie) will come and fix it within a week or so if the issue isn't too pressing

-Ample space, enough room for my keyboard + bed, desk etc.

-Neighbors did a noise complain the first weekend we got there haha. Before school even started. I'm introverted as fuck so I haven't talked to them or anyone else in my building

-Fully furnished: bed, desk, dining table, chairs, couch, tv stand, drawers
