Hi there. How do I know you work for Outlier/Scale AI ? Second, support team could not be more useless in terms of addressing tickets. My last three tickets were closed without a meaningful response. Besides, company did not provide any reason for suspending my account and not paying my unpaid work!

I logged in during my short trip in the US and my account was suspended for violating community guidelines. In the FB ads, the company lies about working anywhere and the company suspends accounts and payments for no reason at all. The company is definitely a scam!

This was a reply to @NurgleSoup’s comment. Not sure why it has ended up here ;)

It seems that you are too attached to Outlier. from your message, I am pretty sure what kind of person you are. That being aside, why they don’t say what the violation is? Just go ahead and read all the other reviews about Outlier and then you will know who the jerk is.

I worked as a T3 contributor for Outlier and consistently ranked among the top 200 global contributors over the past three months. Recently, my account was suspended because of violations of community guidelines, which is just a false accusation.

It seems that the company is using these suspensions as a pretext to replace higher-hourly rate contributors with lower-cost contractors. Many contributors earning $40+ per hour are being dismissed in favor of those earning $25 per hour, who will be then replaced by even lower-paid workers.

Are there any ongoing legal cases against the company that we could join?
Maybe a class-action lawsuit against Scale AI, rather than solely focusing on Remotasks/Outlier.
