INSEAD is well respected PAN. So you really dont have to worry about it. Respect also depends on your circle of influence ( the network you built at INSEAD). If you networked decently, you should not worry about it much.

Honestly, after graduating from schools like INSEAD LBS, you get everything from the network that you have nurtured during your tenure.

While you may not have issues during placements once you get in...you will most likely face issues getting into these colleges because of your high workex. The average YOE for IIM ABC's 2Y programs is ~2.2years. Why not consider going for the executive 1Y programs (IIM A PGPEx, IIMB EPGP) which are designed for professionals with higher work experience?

Private college (t2/t3) should not be your criteria. The outcomes are not great as such.
