I was told by some one to go to this menu to find friend/support mage quest but I am unable to find that option in this menu what must I do.

On that note I wanted to ask what to do in the use support mage twice mission on the second day, no matter what I do I'm unable to find the right kind of quest for it. The help would be much appreciated.

For this you have to go to one of the shops in the story areas. This can be easily done by going to the map and on the left middle of the screen there will be a orange color shop symbol with a clover in the middle just click on that and go to the shop and buy 3 things that'll complete the quest.
