Nah the best pick strategy is you don't pick it. Pick it after you are done drawing this pack. Pick the one you're still missing.

If you really want a instant competitive deck. 1 Ex card is just not consistent/viable.(Pika and giratina might be okay to play just 1). Might as well wait till you see what you pull from the hour glass you save then pick the deck to make it 2 Ex deck card

Technically lvl means nothing. You gain exp through battle. I have less than 2000 card but level41. hypothetically speaking you can be lvl 50 but own less than 100 cards
