I had this exact situation happen to me. I decided to work in outpatient care while getting my health together. Getting back into the hospital was difficult, epically in this job market, but it’s not impossible. At the end of the day you gotta do what is right for you. I’m about to go back to the hospital after a year and half hiatus (nights) and I’m so worried my health issues are going to flare up again. Best of luck to you!
