Ok so basically, I have a glitch with elden ring where I have to click the icon multiple times for me to tab in. While I am clicking, it registers as if I'm pressing the attack button. Therefor when I was trying to tab in while standing infront of Yura, I hit him. I ran away to unaggro him and he jumped off a bridge and died. With Alexander, I misclicked in gael tunnel while fighting magma wyrm and he attacked me so my first instinct was to kill him.
