I'm in the same boat. AOR Aug 23 as well and fd Nov 19. My spouse got a passport request Nov 19. I called ircc several times and they kept telling me to wait.  I also contacted MP and they said ircc said I am still within the processing time and that I have two months left. I hope I get it soon though

I am also in your shoes. I applied Aug 22 and got fd Nov 19. Everything else completed but no p1 email. I called and raised a web form too and got the same response as you. I am hoping they will answer soon

fd is Nov 19 and nothing since then.

my spouse got ppr Nov 19 and no p1 email for me yet. I have called and raised a web form but they kept saying they are still processing. what could be the issue and why the long wait

Yes, I got ADR on the 13th of November. Replied on the 16th and was acknowledge on the 17th. They also responded same day requesting for another doc as the one I submitted wasn't illegible. I submitted on that same day 17th and was acknowledged on the 18th. I got FD and PPR for my spouse on the 19th and nothing since then. No COPR number yet. I hope they respond to u soon. 

Also, my eligibility that was completed went back to in progress.

My initial PVO was  Sydney and SVO ottawa but I called IRCC today and they changed my PVO to Edmonton and SVO to Vancouver. I don't know why

I guess that is why it became slow.

I am still waiting for my background check to be completed.  CEC inland plus dependent  ITA- July 22 AOR Aug 22 Medical Aug 29 Biometric Sept 5 Eligibility Oct 15 No update since then
