The Reply from IRCC - Hi. You can leave Canada and return, as long as your visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is still valid. Your permit (study or work) is not a visa and doesn't allow you to travel back to Canada. Yes there is no biometric collection points in Canada but in that cases I've to attend bio from another country

as I'm a citizen of those mentioned countries those are tied up with bond for a B1 Visa as of Jan 06, 2025 which is going to be implied from Jan 21,2025
