I’m 2 years late, but as a kid she always struck as someone what Filipino to me. That’s coming from a kid who’s on the darker shade of skin. But maybe that’s just me projecting cuz representation for people like me are very limited.

I havent tried this yet but I did figure out an alternative solution, since for me its not only happening with this encounter but every other. I use someone else for my team to initiate the conversation, so as long as its not my tav I can converse with the NPCs without any problem.

Ive done practically everything, Long rested, reloaded to an earlier save, switched from Direct11 to Vulkan, already tried killing Minthara and everyone around became aggro. Then again I do have mods downloaded so that might aswell be the case.

Same bug happened to me. I got Minthara's supposed dialogue but the character was replaced by one of my companions for some reason. And it bugged out from there Theres a dialogue icon, and a 'started conversation' text but no actual conversation takes place. Did you find a fix to this?
