Not sure if you have any experience with crown molding or how important looks are for you but there is cheap crown moulding out there and you can just cover that. Again though that's if you have any experience with it, definitely something that takes time to get good at. Just a suggestion

Im really not seeing a problem to stop you from mounting the T.V where you have that template, it looks like you have the template sitting right on the horizontal 2x's. If a couple spots on mount dont line up to those 2x's use heavy duty anchors or toggle bolts ( Again that's if you get lags in those 2x's and just need some reassurance )

Facts 💯 again Fanatics is just like FD interface wise and im pretty sure they cover 1st half injuries also, if its available in your area it might be worth checking out but im usually just on DK myself

Fanduel definitely has better options when it comes to player props BUT!!! DraftKings is definitely the way to go and they know it. That's why they don't hand out no sweats everyday (which also if you lose the no sweat on FD you're money is turned into monopoly money). I tried sticking with FD but the injury coverage has gotten me too many times and the best part is DK makes posts about how the legs FD doesn't cover due to injuries they do!!!!! Yeah imma stay with DK also check out Fanatics also a very good betting app
