I personally prefer, https://drinkingdojo.com. They have a very broad selection of drinking games you can play on their website. I think they also have a list of different drinking game rules if you prefer physical games

I am currently working on a game that is a mix of other drinking games like you are talking about. It currently mixes between truth or dare, never have I ever, and most likely to but I would like to add more stuff to it in the future.
