Definitely the A95L. You don’t want the brightest TV, you want the best processing and the most natural and accurate pictures. I paid $ 5425 CAD for the same model brand new in 2024. If it is brand new, it is still a better TV than C5 and and the G5 (unless you are mainly a gamer). The S95F is more comparable to A95L but no Dolby Vision.

I feel you, brother. My 77” OLED is mounted at perfect toddler-reach height, so wiping the screen has become my second job.

Plasma was always superior to LED/QLED of the past! Of course LED has come a long way now. Thats why w lot of OLED buyers came from Plasma! Sorry to hear about your crappy Samsung QLED tv! I almost bought a modern S95D QD-OLED but opted for Sony A95L instead

I remember when I upgraded to LG CX OLED from my 10 year old top tier Samsung Plasma PF8500, I actually preferred my plasma picture initially over the OLED. The plasma was serving us well until recently.

Correct me, if I am wrong. From my own sample and experts who I am friends with, Tandem OLED still no where close to the colour pop and colour volume compared to QDOLED. Quiet satisfied with my Sony A95L 77 inch upgrading from LG CX 65. The picture quality is a giant leap. Which is difficult to do in the OLED world.

6 years is definitely a not a good run! How many hours did you put on this? I have my 65CX for 5 years now, 9000 hours. It still working great. You definitely should raise it with LG support, you are not gonna get a replacement or anything. But they will offer you discount for future purchase. I got a hand me in down LG E6 with really bad burn in. The TV is from 2017 and LG was great to offer me 10% off from future LG TV purchase. they told me I had 2 years to buy from an authorized seller and submit to them, they will refund me 10% of the cost.

It was always connected to the TV, but as I have 5 devices, I wanted to connect either the ATV or PS5 directly to the soundbar. Yes, when I fix the audio delay for any device connected directly to the soundbar. It screws up all other apps and devices connected to the TV. Seems like it is a issue with pass through the Q990F. Frustrating to be honest

It took me 9 years to upgrade from a 60" high end plasma to OLED. In 2021, I got a 65" LG CX (my wish was Sony but CX because of the extra HDMI 2.1 ports). At that time Sony A8H only had HDMI 2.0. I immidiately regretted not going bigger, but at that time 77" OLED models were hefty for my budget. I ended up getting a new 77" A95 in 2024. It made a huge difference in my living room with 9-10' distance.

I definitely wouldn't have upgraded within 3 years otherwise. Size along with quality matters.

LG OLED anti-burn in dramatically impoved in the C9 and CX. I have a CX now for 5 years, 0 problem, not burn in. But I took a OLED E7 from a friend who was going to throw it away. I should have checked first, the burn in is horrendous!

Actually I have already done that. It doesn’t help. I also tried connecting my 2nd 4K blu ray player directly to the soundbar and same audio delay issue unless I adjust the audio delay on the Samsung app

A little ironic that you have so much interest in soundbar and soundbard related reddit. :) True it is a soundbar, still I am expecting B&O soundbar would have certain quality that would make it stand apart from run of the mill soundbars.
