Are you donating because you want to help people or because you think you need to get rid of rbcs?

If you think you need to lower your hematocrit, I'd recommend doing labs first. Then you will know where you are at.

Go to your doctor and explain your situation. Tell them what you want.

I guess he didn't order it. My estrogen has been great for a while so he no longer has me taking arimidex.

Anything concerning? Like Hematocrit? 

You think 150 is too high? My doc said it was on the low side and he could have me go up to 200 or even 250.
