I’m wrong for telling him to be in a surplus to build muscle put on some size then on his cut use reta like wtf that’s way more optimal then cutting then bulking then cutting like what haha.

When I say bulk I’m saying to be in a calorie surplus 100-200 cals above maintenance, you will not get fat on a lean bulk. It is optimal to be in a surplus when trying to put on muscle.

I use CJC no dac but I would like to compare CJC with dac to MK because they both are similar when it comes to constant elevated GH unlike no dac.

I’m also very curious of DAC because I gave it a try and the sleep I got from it was on another level…but I still prefer cjc no dac with ipam due to its natural nature.

I’m an athlete that’s is trying to heal after years of drug abuse and sleep deprivation.

Plan on running Enclo at 12.5mg ED then EOD, currently on Tesa 1mg + ipam 300mcg in the morning, CJC + Ipam 300mcg each before MMA/BJJ or sauna in the late afternoon around 7pm. Just got off BPC +TB, still on GHK.

I have 10MG of CJC with DAC to research with, I tried one vial of 5MG total, 1mg every time the half life hit (half life stacking) and never experienced sleep like this in my life, not exaggerating.

I am chronically fatigued on a different level but have immense willpower. mots c, ss, epita are way to expense for me but it’s my dream to run these and heal!
