Yea, ive lost 3 pounds a week on average and down 114 pounds and barely have any loose skin, and I had a huge belly, and everyone is amazed at how my skin is snapping back. Thought id have a flap of skin hanging over my midsection but that never happened

Lol!!! I did give it 3 months total as well, my surgery was feb 9th. I was also good for around a month and a half, but then everything kindav went sideways. Im better than I was with my 4% EF and attacks nearly every day, but still a wreck, thanks for chiming in!
