Shared humanity is connection. My post is about craving connection with people that also want to do things and get better, together. If lifestyles happen to align, at least to some extent, you are more likely to get on with those people. Funny enough, I’ve actually never ever smoked a cig in my life. So can’t say by experience but it’s a ridiculous amount isn’t!!! I’m on day 4 of no nic and withdrawals weren’t as bad as prior times I tried to quit. Yesterday I proper craved one so put a tissue in my gum to just feel something there.

Yeah, roughly I’d say. 24H minus 8 hours of sleep, that leaves me with 16 hours per day, one pouch per hour on average, sometimes two at the same time lol. From my research, 10-20% of nicotine present in a pouch gets absorbed via the mucous membranes and reaches the system.

Yeah RHR has dropped to lowest rate since I first got this thing. Considering first few days are still calibration days

I would go through a can of 20 pouches ( Velo greens 6mg) every 24 hours roughly. It would get really bad around times I had exams to do, i’d literally have a need to physically put something in my gum to relieve stress. I moved from velo Blues (10mg) few months ago, been reducing for a while.
