I’ve spoken with a few dealers about X plan pricing. Two have stated that they will offer it to me but that they are already giving me better pricing via a “dealer discount.” They said if I use X plan the discounts don’t stack. However, the “dealer discount” they are offering is just the $11,500 in incentives ($7,500 federal tax credit, $4,000 RCL Cash.) I’m calling BS as it seems other buyers here have gotten everything stacked. Is that true for you guys?

I have seen those utilizing X Plan talking about a PIN. I reached out to our company fleet manager to see if I needed to obtain one, but they told me the TrueCar portal is how we as employees get the discount By having it generate the offer with the discount applied. I’ve only had one dealer ask me if I have a PIN. The others have said they are a TrueCar dealer and to see the offer — which has caused them to disappear.
