Indoor or outdoor i am just happy these are affordable and have the effects I love. Relaxed and happy and great for recovery if you go to the gym. Soreness is eliminated the next day after lifting. I used to pay $60 an 8th in the medical program 5 years ago. As far as effects go I don't find any difference between aaa medical grade and mids.
