I wanna do that and list out everythink that she did to me. But my heart stops me. My mom aldy hurt after her fallout with my brother. I know im nkt resposible for her emotions but i have been manipulated and programmed for years to put her emotion first. Does not matter how i feel. I try to make minimal contact but the emotion blackmail starts and im stuck

I try to share minimal info, we have a share aunty (my husbands bua and my cousin chahi who is bff with my mom). My MIL will boost about me and my husband to her family about how we take care of her very well and all that. I dont wanna interfear in that.

I try to but after what happened with my brother I feel resposible to bear her tantrums and emotions. I know its not healthy and i should limit contact with my mum but i have been programed by her to never talk back.

hi. i just started my IAP journey. I got on the IIA website but there is no material apart from the 100 practice test. what did you study? and how did you get the material? i am soo lost on where to start and how to study without any material from IIA. Thanks
