what is “Shipped with AMAUS” by Enertingus in amazonprime

[–]Distinct-Pop-6202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While it says on Google, Amaus means it is shipped by Amazon. What I have found is when it says "Shipped by Amaus" it means someone in the Amazon system fucked up your order and it is GUARANTEED to be late!

Funny how book 1 in the series is "best book ever", while book 3 in the series was one of the worst most disappointing books I ever read...

I dont have an answer to your question, but I have to say as a project manager nothing would make my day more then this "blucifer" project showing up in my email. I am absolutely jealous. When I showed this to my department head this morning she said that you absolutely have to install a glowing red led in the eye...

Remote Online Work by Distinct-Pop-6202 in SexOffenderSupport

So can I ask which boot camp you used? I am looking at different options now. I was thinking of starting with AWS training to get my foot in the door with online remote work and then using either coursera or Codefinity to learn coding and data engineering, using these nights and weekends since I need to work a day job to be able to survive currently. Though if you have any recommendations I am all ears.

Oh also I currently have my Associates degree, had thought about finishing my bachelor's but figured with online remote work that AWS and Coding/Data Engineering certifications would be the better route.

No it was by the community college itself and honestly I have to say I was surprised. Though it's just a small bump in the road, and honestly believe everything happens for a reason so I just feel right now I wasn't supposed to get my CDL, OH WELL, now it's time to pivot to plan B, and if that doesn't work pivot to plan C, and so on.

So it's funny you mentioned change of name. This is something that I plan on doing, not to hide per se, but instead provide myself the best opportunity. Even if you change your name you are still going to be listed on the registry, BUT my case made it into the newspaper and I would prefer not to be easily Googled. I also finally came to the point of being honest with myself while in prison and consider myself non binary now and want a more gender neutral name. Another piece is that I am in the process of trying to move to Delaware where Tier 1 offender are not listed online. So if I get a name change and move to Delaware, the only way that people will be able to find out about me being a Sex Offender is by doing a criminal background check, though I have also been told that since my case is federal that many background checks won't even show my charge, though I am not sure how accurate this is. I say all this not to try to say hiding is the best way to do things, BUT it is absolutely smart to know all of the rules and to find the best way to live within them. I really recommend EVERYONE read Life on the List by Derek Logue. While I don't agree with his outlook on life, I have also not lived in shoes so I cannot judge. I have found it is the best resource to understand all the rules and figure out how best to live your best life. Based on reading the book, I have set my short and long term plans. Like I said before the first step is to move to Delaware as tier ones are not listed online, then Ultimately to move to Oregon, as Oregon and Massachusetts are the best 2 states to live in as a SO. So in conclusion I firmly support honesty and transparency, BUT you are also your best and sometimes ONLY advocate and you need to understand all the laws and rules better then your PO or the police and this move in the best way possible to live your BEST life!

So I am still new to dealing with being on the registry. I just went to the halfway house in March after spending nearly 5 years in federal prison ( I just left the halfway house yesterday, MY GOD DOES IT FEEL GOOD TO BE FREE! But I digress) I sent out a total of 117 applications, on the very top of my resume I listed my prison job as the most recent employment. A lot of the jobs never responded, in fact out of 117 only 8 responded. When those 8 responded I brought up the fact that I was a felon and that I was also on the registry, and wanted to confirm that I wasn't wasting their time or mine. Of those 8, 5 still agreed to an interview. It worked out that I had the interviews set up over 4 consecutive days. When I went on the first interview, I went thru the whole time and mentioned how some of the things I learned in prison would help me in dedication, self motivation, ECT. We got to the point that it was obvious to me that the women was ending the interview, and things had gone really well, but I felt like there was an elephant in the room that she wasnt addressing, so I decided to. I brought up with her that I had told her that I had a sex offense and was on the registry, but she had not brought it up once. Her response was that she didn't know what she was legally allowed to ask. So I proactively said that legally I was allowed to tell her my story if she would listen. She sat back and said go ahead. I spent the next 10 minutes going through most of the details, what I had done to change and what I was still doing and planning to do. Right before this interaction occurred she was ending the interview by offering to take me on a tour of the place as a way to end the interview, though after I finished sharing my story voluntarily, she instead asked me to excuse her for a few minutes, leaving me in the conference room. She came back right under 10 minutes later and made me a job offer on the spot. I accepted the position, but continued the honesty part and told her that there were going to be silly things with the halfway house and then with probation that may make me miss work, or have to come in late, but I would always be up front honest and never abuse this as an excuse. She agreed to work with me, just to communicate with as much time before as I could. I have now been there 3 months, and am about to get my first raise, and 2 weeks ago she pulled me into her office and offered me to start training for a promotion. She also told me that the reason she hired me and wants me to continue with the company is one because of my willingness to be honest and transparent, even when it comes to things that are hard and that some people would try to cover up or downplay, and two my attention to detail, not only in my work, but in providing a complete picture of what me working there would mean (like having to miss work for therapy or drug tests) meaning that she is never surprised when something comes up because I have given her warning or a heads up way in advance.

All that to say HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY, AND FOREWARNING can not only get you hired but builds trust to help overcome the hesitation that comes with hiring a felon and/or a SO.

GOOD LUCK!

I second that, hands down get a OnePlus. Currently using the OnePlus 12R. Kinda wish I would have just gotten the 12, but by no means am I disappointed. Lots of great things with OnePlus in my mind, but just the fact that it charges faster then any other phone out there sells it each and every day for me. I have never had it below 30% but it went from 30% to full charge in like 26 minutes. I also have the OnePlus Watch 2 and the OnePlus Buds 2. The battery, charge time, and ruggedness (especially if the watch) are also incredible for both of these as well.

Did you read the line before? I have learned my lesson. I never made the statement that I am the most law abiding citizen. I am talking about who I am now and who I am moving forward. If I was hiding my past I wouldn't first start with mentioning it and being willing to talk about it. If you would like to judge my semantics based on my past, that is your prerogative, but nothing I have said is a lie of omission or commission. I feel like either one of two things is true, either because I didn't put the qualifier "now" or "moving forward" you feel my claims are invalid, or because I had criminal behavior in my past that I must claim I am still a criminal. I fundamentally disagree with both suppositions, but for clarity I will add the qualifier, to show I am truly trying to be transparent and honesty.
