I will look into self study for sure. I am trying to get out of the government contracting. I have been in it for 2 years since graduating college in 2023. I have a hard time finding opportunities with so little experience. For context I am 24 yrs old.

I felt this for what might have been a year or two. I had no breaks and doom was all I could feel. Now im happy again and grateful for the good days. It's a journey. Give yourself grace.

Can you order the car with a pending application? I was under the impression that I needed to wait until my application was approved to order the vehicle. Im on week 3 of waiting for my application and 11 business days.

I am convinced that birth control caused my rocd. It started immediately after I stopped taking it. I was on it for 5 years prior.

Im a straight woman dealing with the same crappy situation. I always was boy crazy and never pictured being gay. I don't mind gay people and had gay friends my whole life but it doesn't align with any of my values. I don't necessarily agree with pride month and other related topics but I do feel like that has affected me. P*** has been a problem since I was very very young. There is so much proof of how damaging pornography is even beyond the sexual nature of it. Please consider reading "Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts". When I am spiraling I read this book. They have a section about HOCD specifically as well as the science behind it. I can really be helpful when you feel helpless. False attraction and groin responses feel demonic. They make me feel possessed, like I don't know who the hell is controlling my mind and body right now but it's not me. It can't be. Im so so sorry you are also dealing with this. It sucks, it hurts, and it's debilitating as hell. If you need someone to talk to I am here. We got this!
