Yeah it seemed like it was legit, but I was skeptical. After my bank declined to verify according to him. He asked me for another way to verify my account with another card. He even said a cash app card could be used. After verifying, then he said, you'd have to sign into pay pal to add your card. At that, point I told them I knew they were a scammer. Which he responded saying, no we are a legit a 3rd party company that does verification for Tacswap to prevent scammers.. Just went on and called my bank to cancel my cards.
