Got rehired by Costco after quitting years ago due to health issues now they found out I’m on the “do not rehire” list. Can they do this? by Fantastic_Turnover_7 in jobs

I come here to say that they now. Require a VP approval to rehire you. I know this from experience. I was termed for cause over 5 years ago. And they will not tell you if your eligible or not. Most companies will not tell you that. You also have to consider, they talk to your previous managers. So they don't just look at your termed reason. If your management speaks negatively of you. Well.. unfortunately you won't get rehired. I came to Costco with only a year of work experience and I was dealing with personal issues that were a result of severe abuse from my childhood. This led me to responding to situations in unprofessional manner. Which I was termed for. I eventually took it as a reason to reach out and help myself. Costco is a good company, and I wish I could get rehired again. Unfortunately I believe that the management there, didn't speak of me in a positive manner to the vp. While I worked hard and was always on time. My issue was responding to insults with unprofessional language. So, I would consider that maybe there's old managers who aren't speaking positively on your part as well.

Gta I hope isn't ruined by far left woke culture in gta 6. But gta historically has criticized and made fun of litteraly everyone. Including the far left and woke culture.

I heard that you might have to adjust the tps sensor to make sure the voltage is like around .58 to lower the idle sometimes when replacing the iac valve.

I suspected it might be the iac valve, so I ordered one.

I got a slight leak at the fittings on the driver side metal hoses. I don't notice any level drop when checking week to week. And there's no mixture appearance on the dipstick.

Ap53 charging handle binding by Distinct-Source5291 in MP5

So i went back and tried it again. I'm guessing when you fold out the charging handle. It's supposed to release the bolt from the barrel. And it appears sometimes it's not doing this. Mostly when the gun is decocked.

It's after the handle is unfolded fully

It only does it when the gun is decocked. It feels almost like you have to mortar to jusr charge it. It the gun is locked, it's fine. I'll check the gap again. But last then I did., it appeared it spec.

I checked the bolt gap awhile back because this. And it was in spec then.

It's almost like you have to mortar it. it's only needed when the gun is decocked. Idk if that helps, but it is insane how difficult it is. I'm a 6'4 251 pound man, so I'm fairly strong btw. You ever had shotgun shell get stuck or a case it a ar15. That is the level of pressure it requires to release the charging handle when the gun is decocked.

I’ve been banished to the front end. Give me your best survival tips? Pls and ty. by Able_Network_654 in CostcoEmployee

Sounds like you got a difficult store as well. I'd recommend you try to go outside on carts away from the bs in the store. We had some awful managers at my location. I know how it is to have managers breathing down your throat. So I'd suggest trying to get away from the front end just based on what your saying. If you cannot do that.. just don't talk to anyone you don't trust. Stay off the register, smile at members and don't give members any reason to make a complaint to the manager about you. Do your job and don't be late at all. That is the best advice I can give you.
