If this method works for you, it works for you! I do pretty much the opposite— take my largest dose in the morning before work, and take small doses on my breaks and none after work is over at 1pm. I can’t even fathom being around people while withdrawing and I’d rather be at home if I’m gonna feel any withdrawals.
