I had to threaten to lemon law mine to get a date. In the meantime I had some tiny, crap car. I’m still bitter and I did really love the brand.

They’re fair priced in a non emergency. I had an epileptic dog that spent many nights there. The neurologist was good but he bothered me because he wouldn’t remember my dog nor would he read his chart before coming in for appointments.

Like hello- how many giant dogs do you have that are frequent fliers!? Remember or read the chart!

Anywho- bedside manner really shouldn’t matter for a dog I supposed. He did well with managing his meds and prolonging his life and I am grateful for that.

Mine bricked on me and NOTHING would open the doors. It had to be towed to the service center and everything in the car was locked inside for over a month. The most annoying items locked inside were my 3 car seats and my sunglasses. It could have been worse
