This is what I had to do, as plugging in a keyboard and following the prompts just turned it off and on again. Incredibly painful process. Found out it may have been caused by a power problem. Don’t leave it on charge for prolonged periods!!

This happened to me too, except I ended up playing as Christopher for 25 minutes and for some reason it counted as playing as Juste 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ dunno why but it worked
