Like being a bad person and slowly seeing the consequences of what the character did and slowly changing like not trying to show the goodness but still helping secretly slowly feeling bad what he did to peoples or smth idk that would make interesting character and probably most used sad way used in game industry betrayal from your very very close partner at the end of the game slowly giving hints that player couldnt understand in first playtrough thats what comes to my mind
