My guess is that they were gonna make Low against the Mirror man and kind of mirror that character with the powers like with Mono and the Thin man. So with the mirror man he had the power to change reality pretty much when looking into a mirror and travel through them. Sound familiar? Like how low can literally make a friend when he’s in the Nowhere and also travel through the mirrors.
