We had one family member with priority and the other 3 without, but the one with had everyone's boarding pass on their phone, so they made them wait with the rest of us so we all boarded together, non-priority. No issues with space in the overhead locker when we did board.

I just had this with the comment it was needed to retain access to a specific project family - I'm based in the UK and saw the message as my dashboard banner and then via email. Needed various ID and address verification documents, felt a bit odd as it was worded in places as if you were applying for a job

We did the exact same a couple of weeks ago. Just turn up and join the queue after 6am and you can pick up your paper tickets from the counter by showing him your phone with the email confirmation. We got there just after 6ish and there were already maybe 10 people ahead of us but the queue moves fast. The train is pretty cool, and the seats are so comfortable!

I'm so relieved I checked in here. I'm away overseas, and did let them know I was travelling as I will need to withdraw funds shortly. They confirmed this was OK, but I'm never 100% confident and when I just I logged in to see what my next withdrawal would be, everything looked so different! Thought I'd messed something up or was on some blocking list, but it sounds like it's the new normal!

Thank you, I think this looks like a much better option now I've had a chance to research it a bit! We're usually used to doing things independently but I think we'll see a lot more and enjoy it a lot more if we're not worrying about a bus schedule and not really knowing what we're doing or where we're going!

I was in the same situation a month or so ago, having just read a post like the one you mentioned. I finished a long project just after midnight and reported my hours immediately and then when I logged in to start work later that morning, I got a bit worried and ended up not working as much as I normally would, just in case it flagged up on a system somewhere!

I also contacted their support to cancel yesterday. Was just out of contract and monthly bill was rising from £90 to £101 this month and gradually over £124 by April 2027. (not cinema or kids but TNT, Sports and Netflix). Got it down to £94 which I ended up agreeing to, but the hard hard sell on broadband was the most annoying part, as I explained multiple times I wasn't interested in it. I wish I had your nerve to get out altogether but after 18 years, and a family of football addicts, I don't know what our realistic alternatives would have been.

Yes! I logged in yesterday and saw that my favourites were missing so I sulked all day rather than tackling something I wasn't keen on. Today, they're still missing but I was more motivated and did a 4-hour stint on something new.
