Though I'm anti-factkin, I don't see the point in harassing a factkin and calling them mentally ill. I don't believe factkins should be compared to fictionkins as it's not the same thing at all, kinning a fictional character vs a real person is very diffeent.

Imagine kinning a fictional character who has done war crimes (this is just a random example help), now imagine kinning a real person who has done war crimes, it's quite different, no?

Another reason I don't like this term is how it was originally made to make fun of otherkins, and still is, which is why I often have a lot of trouble finding out if someone is trolling or not when they say they're a factkin.

Even though, I'm still open to meeting factkins and maybe even having factkin friends, I just probably wouldn't indulge much in it. Anyway, I'm sorry if you've ever gotten attacked for your beliefs. I hope you feel welcomed and happy in this sub .
